Chariho Career and Technical Center's Electrical Technology class visited ProSystems Integration, an automation company in Westerly, to give students a look at career opportunities in the industrial side of the field. The students were given a tour of the facility and were able to speak with engineers about their work.

When Level Automation upgraded their control systems from the Simatic S7-1200 to the new generation Simatic S7-1200 G2, the migration went much smoother than expected. The new migration tool, an add-in to the TIA Portal automation platform, made the process almost completely automated.
